TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The owner of the online shop www.ampstukk.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Amoor OÜ (registration code 12562217), located at Seebi 22, 11316, Tallinn.

Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.

Prices are valid for 14 days from the date of order. If the order is placed before the order conditions or prices have been amended, the conditions in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the legal relations between the Consumer and the Online Shop. The online shop reserves the right to make changes to the sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the website.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method(you can create your own account, but you can also place orders without creating an account). The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
  • Bank transfer – After clicking on the “Place an order” link, an invoice will be displayed on the screen, which you can pay to the account of Amoor OÜ.
  • Payment on the spot – Cash payment on the spot is only possible if you come to pick up the order yourself. There is no possibility to pay by bank card on site.
  • PayPal – After clicking on the “Place an order” link, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can make the payment.

NB! When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments via bank links are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payment by credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.

The owner of the online shop is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery to

After the sales contract has entered into force, the Online Shop will complete the order within three working days at the latest and hand it over to the company’s logistics partners for delivery.

Correct information provided when placing the order is a prerequisite for a prompt delivery. Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number as suppliers do not recognise landlines. The supplier will send you an email when the parcel has arrived at the destination of your choice.

The Online shop is not liable for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners in time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the Online shop could not influence or foresee. At the same time, the Online Shop will do its utmost to ensure that order fulfilments are resolved.

Goods will be sent to the following countries: the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia and the United Kingdom (UK).

To collect the goods, the buyer has the following options: the Estonian Post (abroad), Omniva parcel machines, Itella Smartpost parcel machines and Veinpak courier.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will be within 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of return does not apply to foodstuffs, which are perishable products (APPA § 53(4)).

Unquantifiable force

The online shop is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or for the delay in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of goods is caused by circumstances that the online shop could not influence or foresee.

Right to lodge a complaint

The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of delivery and which will become apparent within a maximum of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. within the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the purchaser, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the purchaser has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@ampstukk.ee or by calling +372 5205 074.

The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online shop will refund the buyer all the fees related to the sales contract.

The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver goods.

The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@ampstukk.ee or by phone +372 5205 074.

If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms of the procedure and apply here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. There is no charge for the Commission to examine the buyer’s complaint.
